How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want each homeowner who reaches Staffrelevant Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page lays out how to complain and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics We Handle

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience calling or contacting Staffrelevant Septic
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.

Still, tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Staffrelevant Septic cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Send Your Complaint

Email contact@staffrelevant.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Send It

We send an email to confirm we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we review what happened. That review may include contacting the provider. Afterward, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help.
